Horrible experience, avoid sending anything by mrw and even more if you arrive at this branch, a shipment that was supposed to arrive on Thursday did not arrive because they did not go to collect the shipments to barquisimeto and not only that but they were not on Friday I had to wait 5 days to receive a shipment that takes 1 day if that is not a horrible service.
