Excellent service and organization. I want to congratulate the Staff for their work and patience. In my case, I did not have the record in Mano and they helped me. Thank you very much, this is the Venezuela we want.

For travel reasons we require the services of taking and processing samples for PCR. We must say that the attention of the staff is VERY GOOD. There you have the limitations of the spaces of the place. There is good parking at the UCV Hospital and the institute itself. There are limitations in waiting spaces since it is organized in the parking lot itself. But all the staff, from those who help organize the queues, those who take the data and the doctors who take the samples do it very professionally and with a very good attitude and disposition. The internal premises and the protective equipment they use to work are very good. It feels CLEAN AND SAFE. Dr. Mayra Blanco directs the process and is very attentive and well organized. Because of the human resources that work there and the conditions they offer, I give it a 5-star rating. The WEB page works correctly and the system works as well. For those looking for information, the Institute of Hygiene at UCV, for PCR tests for travel, is highly recommended.

Receive a cordial greeting, An observation ... Because an Institution of such prestige its logo is a rodent (it is understood that for its tests and investigations these animals are used for this purpose) but the INH "RR" has an Identity (logo) that has a Procedure and a Manual of Identity that marks the legal guidelines and standards for its use (and that has always been the case) ... The National Institute of Hygiene "Rafael Rangel" is an organization that in the accumulation of its messages and the physical manifestation of the brand has been identified with your logo ... In general, it includes a logo and support elements that are coordinated by a group of guidelines collected in a manual, which establishes how they should be applied and used in order to preserve the image of the Institution ...
