The Cathedral of Our Lady of Coromoto is the main temple of the Diocese of Punto Fijo, the land assigned in 1947 and its construction began in 1949, culminating in 1951, carrying out the consecration to the Virgin in her vocation of Our Lady of Coromoto. It is a catholic religious construction of contemporary type, it has a bell tower with a clock and a Christ that looks towards the south, it stands out a set of stained glass windows made in Austria
