The worst possible customer service, it takes forever to respond and they do it as if they were being charged to respond, I asked for the shipment at 8 in the morning or as early as possible within the morning and the person did not receive it in the morning. But I never ask for an arrangement with them again, there is no point in doing beautiful things if they have such a terrible service and home delivery.
