This agency has many years, I remember when it was a savings and loan entity, many managers have passed (Gisela Borges, Jesus Benchimol, Rosario Benitez and others) and good customer service staff, has evolved and has been highlighted by the best care , except in these last days that have greatly diminished customer service.
