This Café Restaurant is quite nice, well located in what is the Maracaibo tram, in the middle of the sidewalk and considering that it is the only coffee restaurant in the area you can say that it is an oasis in the middle of almost nothing. The site is beautiful and well maintained and spacious, the menu is small but what they have is good, especially the tequeños and the varieties of tea, competitive prices and good attention by the employees. With own Wi-Fi for customers, although sometimes the point of sale fails that is not a mortal sin in the path of Maracaibo. The most striking negative detail is the bathrooms that are somewhat neglected and had no water when we went. This is very important and the qualification is quite low, it is unusual that the only place in the world that a restaurant does not have water in the bathrooms is precisely Maracaibo which is where I live. And they are not the only ones. In short, a pleasant place to eat something casual with friends and family, after walking for a while or simply having played Pokémon Go, with many possibilities and opportunities for improvement.

I mean it's not bad, the foods are not 5 stars but they taste good and that's what counts! Although it leaves much to be desired, the service is TOO SLOW, HORRIBLE! We wait for more than 1 hour and a half for 2 pizzas, and a tequeños service 😤😠 Literally I stopped on 4 occasions to ask what was happening and they just told me, that's it, that's it! When it was obvious that this was not the case, only one Coke had been consumed (which lacked gas and I asked 3 times) in the meantime I waited for a glass of literal water for an hour although I ordered it since we ordered. Finally we arrived at 7:30 pm and after waiting too long to ask how much it was for a coca and make my clear disagreement with attention and time evident, they tell me this is one of your pizzas and they put it on me but from there nothing another 20 minutes to give me napkins and plates and my good water ... I asked again and it was that the other girl moved a little more to help. Total was 9:40 and we were just eating. I must say the pizzas are good or they are rich but not as if to say it goes I wait 2 hrs since there is huge row etc and they are the best that exists, not at all. And well "the cake cover or cherry" and when we are going to finish they tell me that there are no more tequeños 😤 But anyway; They offered me some cheese-filled baskets that really tasted better than I expected (Yes, I liked them). In short, the whole experience was quite rugged. And to top it all they didn't have a single of a 20 USD bill and they tell me good pay with one of a 10 and consume the other 2 dollars why I don't have a 1s single. And how is that? So you are telling me to wait another 2 hrs to give me whatever I ask? Noop !! I have no choice but to just laugh 😅😅😅😅😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂 since the suggestion that was ridiculous was so cynical, anyway! And besides that I was also told good give me one of 10 USD and pay 2 o'clock charging me 12 instead of 8 but that was just a confusion that I didn't like so much anymore. And well this was my second experience that even to pay was too slow since I even ended up driving the single so we could go 😄😄😄🙄🤨🤔🤭 From this I make 3 simple suggestions: 1- Fix the bathrooms and add water! I understand the shortage but that does not justify not having water Never! (There are many ways to save water) 2 - They are giving a service be more attentive and faster and if they are not ready for it to revive their processes and methods of acting. And change what does not work and implement more the customer service that you dress to consume. That is a service for which you pay not a favor that is done, you have to do well and make sure that your customers leave satisfied so that they want to return and recommend you with others that is the attitude of good service! 3- Be honest and let them know you know I have many orders and I am delayed / or it will take me at least 1 hour for your order to come out, by the way I do not have this when they inform you in the kitchen not 2 hours later when you already have your customers quite uncomfortable And once again I know that it was my decision to stay at the end but I was not satisfied with the attention in general. Honestly I did much better on my first visit (October 2029) even though there was no water in the bathrooms. Neither mineral water and / or without gas or having to return the strawberry smoothie "without sugar than if it had sugar twice. (Lack of duplication but hey ...) The experience was not overshadowed for any of those reasons. As I said the food was fine as well as the attention.
