This email is a joke !!!! Aruba Airlines are irresponsible and thieves !!! We bought tickets from Miami to Venezuela with a stopover in Aruba .... The fact that for political reasons they are no longer flying to Venezuela does not give them the right to keep the passengers' money ... We try to use the tickets from Miami to Aruba only ... BUT THEY DO NOT FLY FROM MIAMI ... and why ???? or is it that the Venezuelan government closed them airspace in the US ??? They also say that the changes of the flight will be without penalty, BUT BY THE DATE Q EVERYTHING IS NORMAL IN VENEZUELA !!! Bone the year of the pear !!! And why don't they explain that they won't fly from Miami anymore ???? ÓSEA THE DOORS CLOSED ON THEM WHO KNOW XQ REASONS THEY ARE NEVER GOING TO FLY FROM MIAMI OR TO VENEZUELA AND THEY WANT TO KEEP ALL THE MONEY WE PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT NEVER GIVEN !!!! I INVITE EVERYONE TO FILE A COMPLAINT and the US deparment of Transportantion .... (google it and get the complaint) If we all put pressure, they will have no choice but to proceed with the refund !!!!!
