Customers have to wait outside the bank for a long time to be served. Your ATM does not work, your external ticket office was closed. There are seldom replacement debit cards and for new clients they have created an "Electronic Current Account" that is managed without a debit card and without checks ... So withdrawing cash implies going to the bank ...
