Wyndham Concorde Resort Isla Margarita

The hotel itself is lovely, the pool and the grounds are well kept. The staff was wonderful, the only problem was that not enough staff were fluent in English nor am I in Spanish. The buffet breakfast lunch and dinner were superb never duplicated over 5 days. Live music while you eat breakfast entertainment every night live or DJ, dance, etc. It is truly an effort to give value for money. My wife my children and I had a ball of a time. The beach is crystal clear and calm canoeing paddle boards etc, then there is the jym and games room which could do with a bit of an update. I could go but this place is great fun full stop.

A privileged location, customer service in spectacular facilities. I really congratulate the team that took up the project, it is better than ever!

Excellent hotel excellent attention except in the restaurant and bar that its workers are very unfriendly and a little disrespectful but of the rest of the staff and the hotel is an impressive quality luxury and comfort to the fullest
