I told the person doing the hair removal that he did not feel the intensity the same as the previous times (in another place in Caracas), and she put the machine on the highest level, regardless of my skin type. This caused itching and darkening in the area, more than a year ago and the damage still persists. It can be seen that this girl was not well instructed in the use of the equipment, she was unprofessional and generated a long-term aesthetic problem. I do not recommend this place at all, if I could sue them.
