The entire cocoa process, starting from the nursery to how chocolate and bonbons are made. The staff is charming and the owner, Mr. Luis, was very kind to show us the projects he works on. The restaurant, excellent! Rich food and better service. Guided tours are Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
