The quality of the products has varied greatly and not in favor of the franchise but to the economic problems that my country is going through. Poor quality cold products without flavor, usually there is nothing you ask for. Promotional containers are not available or the happy little box toy. Previously it was the same as a macdonals from anywhere in the world now it is a place with a staff that has the best intention of providing good service but lousy products

they continue with the same flavor in their burgers but the size and high cost do not make it credit, they are getting smaller and more expensive, for the taste they are not worth it
