Terrible customer service in the offices, it seems like a Kafka nightmare among telephone robots. There is no way in which a person, that is, someone with body and soul, responsible before the law, can verbally answer the insured's doubts or questions. It all comes down to a telephone operator who sends an answering machine that communicates in English (they do not have the courtesy to use Spanish, our official language) that someone without a face or voice is not available.
