We were almost 3 months, the first days everything seemed to be going well, as time went by but things were getting worse They asked us to pay for the entire stay because they had an economic problem, I think, the hotel is always with empty rooms we paid and they did take advantage of our trust. One of the two women who had to clean the room did nothing, we told the receptionist and another employee, Ronald, every time, but they didn't do anything to make things better. A hot water sink if it was damaged in the first few days and it was never fixed, sometimes the light was missing, sometimes there was no towel, the bed sheets were all stained. One day we found a broken glass, we asked the receptionist if I could change it but she did nothing; The maximum was in recent days, my husband broke a plate and asked if he should pay it and how much he should pay it; When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon the two phenomena, the receptionist and his partner, that if they spent playing computer games, they said we should pay 3 dollars, for the plate and the glass! Excellent attention, very attentive and friendly staff. It has all the services, neat and comfortable rooms. I would choose them again. The only detail is that a lot of external noise is heard in the room. However, it is the best hotel of its kind in the city of Mérida, the kitchen is equipped which facilitates the stay. I do not understand the policy of this hotel that for a glass and a plate they will ask for 3 dollars from a client who paid a lot of money for the stay. For the owner, it should be normal to have as a clerk a service woman who does not clean, a receptionist who spends it playing computer and another assistant, Ronald, who does spend it playing computer all day too. The only thing I can think of and that customers cause him trouble and prefer to be alone in the hotel. In each case I paid for the dish that I just broke, for the glass for me it was a robbery and 3 dollars for the plate and the old glass I think the robbery was maximum. When a hotel asks for a lot of money, now in dollars, you should know that the obligations are not only for the client but for the employees of the hotel too! The receptionist and Ronald should take a course for the work they are doing and the owner should realize who has an employee in his form.

Excellent! Recommended 100% Good attention. The location 3 blocks from the cable car can be walked. Nearby has places, markets, pharmacies, etc. The kitchen is equipped, has hot water, beds meals, every day clean the room. In the end I recommend it without hesitation.
