The best Bistro in Merida! its location and also its dishes, the attention is actually all very superior in services, also admirable that Ivan García is its Chef and mind behind all the dishes. VERY grateful for working with all the boys of that time and together with Ivan, one of those Venezuelans (one of the best) who represent the best of the country like all of us. one of those many Venezuelan visionaries. excellent facilities and excellent service. my admiration and thanks.

Fusion of Venezuelan and international cuisine, an excellent concept if you want to try something different and creative. Very good service and a good musical atmosphere. Fish croquettes and gnocchi are recommended.

El Bosque has a cozy atmosphere, with excellent music! Food is quite a show! Its Chef Iván García prepares traditional Venezuelan dishes with modern touches that will make anyone fall in love! Be sure to visit it and try the Chucho Cake Spheres, my favorites!
