Good afternoon my name is Enrique Páez and I live in Maracay, Barrio La Cooperativa, Giraldot Municipality, Aragua state something is happening irregularly is the following: we have more than 2 months without water, they say that the cables were stolen and the doors of the bomb were damaged , they are collecting 1,000 Bs. for houses to buy what they stole and what happens with what they pay monthly in Hidrocentro, if they do not give us a response at all even though when the pump works we have water almost every 15 days, hopefully this complaint arrives to someone who can care as a Venezuelan for God's sake.

In Guacara they cut the water with an expired receipt for a few days, they charge you for re-installation, they do it without prior notice, and to re-install it they give the world post a lack of respect for their users, and they do it two days or a day before as to spend work on the weekend.
