It takes a long time to legalize a document: 45 business days. The people who work there do not know what you need to do the paperwork. You should go ask from time to time. It does not have institutional mail or contact telephone number. If you live in Zaraza you should take a 6 hour trip and spend a few reals just to ask if your papers are ready. If they are not ready, you lose time, travel, money and possibly life for the precarious state of the quality of life in the country. How is it possible that a public institution does not have a telephone number?
