This franchise right downtown Caracas is beautiful since it is located on an 1800's building whose interior had been smartly intervened to get filled with natural light. This place is like Venezuelan's own Starbucks since it has similar perks, yet since they began years ago, service and food quality had decayed but still worth a try. Ironically seems overstaffed but service is slow and they seem to enjoy make us wait in line. Strategy or plain mismanagement? Is Venezuela, nobody really cares. Finally, it's star product, coffee, remains the best although at international prices. Recommend but patience is required.
