Stayed here few years ago and all was fantastic as well as the service but I have to say the most memorable part.... What's the restaurant. The chef Served the best fresh fish entree that I have ever put in my mouth. To this day nothing has compared and I travel everywhere!!!

Hotel is fine. Clean and tidy but the breakfast sometimes is less. Both of the swimming pools are good and enjoyable. Such a nice place to spend vacations.

I stayed here for one night with a group of Chinese, Korean and Venezuelan, we rented 7 rooms on Sunday night, the guy on reception wanted to take 40% more of the real price, I have no idea if he is a cheat or just has problems with maths, in both cases not good neither for him nor for the hotel. In addition, we took one room with sea view which it twice more expensive and there was no sea view. The hotel itself is not a bad place, but the service is terrible. Hotel management is not profesional. Stuff is rude, breakfast was 20 minutes late, very small, no variety (only criollo style breakfast) and they charged for extra eggs!!! all the rooms smell like gas station, no shampoos or shower gels in the bathrooms, the hotel rejected to provide us with shampoos/gels. Hotel stuff charges extra for any kind of things you want. Rooms are expensive and if you want sea view you pay double, but it's not worth it considering the level of service...
