The manager is extremely impolite and arrogant. He had me waiting 2 hours to review my papers to give me a new card, when I asked him about it he answered badly, as if I had done something to him. I would like to know his name to leave him here, what I know is that he is a brunette. The promoters, on the other hand, have a very good disposition and are friendly, it is not their fault that Banesco's policies are very bad. The promoter who attended to me had to come up to talk to her to authorize my papers and those we had been waiting for for hours.
