Hotel Hesperia Maracay

Highly recommend.

Good hotel option for a business trip, elegant and simple, perfect for meetings and small events. Breakfast is okay, self-service of local food (shredded beef, shredded chicken, scrambled eggs with vegetables, arepas, local cheese), variety of breads that you can toast on the spots, donuts and local pastry. Recommended.

Excellent service, renovated Hotel with good security procedures. Not too many amenities.

What an experience, it was definitely a joy and a breath of fresh air to stay in this hotel. With our first impression being a smiling Juan Carlos greeting us. Open the door to the lobby and this soft powdery yet flowery smell invaded our senses and this beautiful white modern decor with touch of neutral color. Compared to the usual Dark decor of the other prestigious hotels in maracay this was not at all stuffy and out dated. Mr. Medina cordially greeted us with a smile at the front desk and made sure that all our question were properly answered. The property is impeccable, decor is nice and modern nothing stuffy. The suites were not yet finished since it just opened 2 weeks ago. We stayed in a king size at their top floor. It didnt have the space i usually opt for or the bathtub and also not a hairdryer. However nice new aircondition. Inroom dining 24/7 a very comfortable bed and beautiful decor and a beautiful view of the mountains. And the ambience and staff made this a top noch experience. We ordered room service and it was excellent. Elevator a bit on the slow side but all in all it was a great experience i cant wait for the suites to be done. The director Sra.Yuraima was a great representative of this property. With much grace and professionalism she made us feel quite welcomed. Mr.Jose at the restaurant was such a joy to converse with. And Mr.elvin i think was his name...also so cordial he was ready to chat and did his best in speaking english to us everytime he got. Beautiful experience. Will for sure be back!!
