It is a total chaos, I would classify it as one of the worst terminals in Venezuela, they began their remodeling many years ago and have not yet been able to finish it, access from the front is limited, a lot of dirty, rotten odors, feces in the construction, homeless people and people living there on the street, don't even think about going to the bathroom because there aren't any, robberies on a daily basis, and to top it off there are no units available, you must go early because after two in the afternoon the units are almost nil, no they have outlets for no service, just cash. They would have to dynamite this terminal and get all those criminals out of there, it has even been a site for murders.
