It is a magical place where you enjoy the total nature, where you hear the sounds of animals, where you can give pipes to the Macaws and breathe the fresh air inside a big city like Caracas. You have to go well equipped, with water, hydration and nutrition kit. Basically mountaineering practices and measure your skills in sports. Some people go alone but my recommendation is that you go in groups to take care of each other and enjoy a pleasant and extraordinary day next to people who know and love the sport as much as you. As I would write: El Ávila a paradise within the big city Caracas where it smells of Freedom soon very soon.
