The place is very beautiful, the nature is incredible and the wagons and sleeping huts are very beautiful. Unfortunately there is a lot to improve, the staff disappears (a campaign is used to call them but they do not listen to it), breakfast is well resolved but lunch is not good and they do not have a variety of food and drinks. The attention of Mr. Marcos is excellent, very attentive and always ready to help.

It is a magical place, excellent attention, delicious homemade Creole food, super different rooms and a perfect environment for children to be in nature and leave their virtual games aside.

Very expensive for what they offer. Additionally it is very far away and the staff that attends you on site disappears. The portions of meals that are served to you are not enough for all diners.
