The rooms are very great ... Except for certain cleaning details, they did not affect the stay but they were noticed ... Details with the air conditioning, and interruptions by the people who work there ... Everything else fine

Excellent service. Very attentive from the moment you enter the parking lot. Very good attention from the employees when ordering a delivery and they were in charge of receiving it. The bathroom and shower were very clean, however the jacuzzi was not as nice as the rest of the room. Hot water and no problems about it. There was only one clerk at the front desk with a slightly rude attitude, but it was a very minor annoyance. The air conditioning took time to work as it should, but for the rest, excellent experience

Very bad attention. Rude and rude staff. Rooms with flukes and water leaks. There is no control for the TV. Bad choice. Any other hotel is better than this rubbish.
