Good afternoon, I have been a quickpress customer for many years, however this week (10/26/2016 to be exact) I went to pick up a piece that I sent to dye in the store that the marques have in the unicentro (Tax No. 17741 / pants jean observation c-4, of the day 14/09/2016) and what was my surprise when the supervisor, jorge, tells me that the pants was delivered, obviously it was not so, I do not have the pants or had paid for it and I have in I can use the ticket, but they told me that they deliver the piece if they "tell" the ID number (they don't give it to them, be careful) and how all my data appears on the screen, who withdrew the payment and that's it. Well, it seems to me TERRIBLE that they don't have control over the pieces delivered without the respective ticket, they don't take more data or ask for the laminated card.
