Rufino Blanco Fombona was a writer, editor and ambassador of Venezuela in Holland; I also teach Spanish in New York and was a journalist in the Dominican Republic. He wrote stories and poetry in modernist aesthetics, and later postmodernist. I publish poetry books, stories, essays, and two books on travel: Beyond the Horizons and On the roads of the world.
