For people who complain about the caller and are not answered, my question is: Is it really appropriate to call the office? Well, given the work they have so much, it is difficult to answer simultaneous calls. And to receive a package is nothing out of the world because the internet exists and the company has a modern system where that guide they send you can track your package and know when it arrived and thus save you calls;)
