A somewhat old building although well located to the west of the city, however it is somewhat neglected and the neighboring areas have been filled with homeless people and at night it has become quite unsafe despite the illuminated media that they have tried to maintain.

The villa has a good infrastructure and the location is excellent but the elevator is very damaged the water does not work, it is rationed because the pump does not work well, mostly damaged air conditioners is a place that could be more useful if the government will allocate the funds to what is really important
