Lately, it has deteriorated in terms of delivery time and customer service in this office. The minimum time it takes to visit this office to pick up a package is half an hour. The last time I tried to pick up a package on Friday, December 22, I found the agency closed and it does not deliver, leaving many children without their Christmas gift and of course angry parents. They do not work on Saturdays or Sundays. It is recommended not to send urgent packages in December because it becomes a "saperoco". Shipments are only accepted before 2:00 pm. The scales do not work for shipments over 30kg, nor do they bother taking it to this agency, avoid overworking it, take it to Tealca, which is one block away (you can ask the Tealca boy to take it in a car). Payment methods: credit card, America Express, transfer and cash. Eye DO NOT accept debit cards.
