With 34 years of client, since before the merger Bco Union-Banesco, this agency has experienced positive changes. For 2 years, substantial decline has transited. Now, the ATMs for deposits only work scarcely - sometimes only one - during office hours. To be attended at the ticket office or with the promoters, you must make very exhausting queues since they turn off the machine that distributes the numbers. It seems a kind of alcabala to dam up users. It has multiple lockers and only 40% are active. Fortunately, they still have a good staff that solves. I think you should be creative in these dark times to solve these problems.
