Good: Private terminal with buses and own facilities, purchase of a ticket scheduled 4 or 5 days before, they have a point of sale, a waiting place with cable TV, a cafeteria, parking, security cameras, relatively safe, shipments by order. BAD: They resell tickets 15 minutes before leaving the bus, they charge a penalty if you arrive late, if you change for another date they charge you but if the bus is delayed or they take time to leave nobody has the right to claim. Poor treatment of staff to passengers. Bathrooms are almost useless, there is no wifi. The buses are almost always not the same ones that come from Caracas.

Excellent terminal, has a cell phone charging area, a good number of seats in the waiting room, always clean bathrooms and a cafetin, the bad thing about this terminal is that if the bus arrives at 4 or 3 am they do not allow you enter the waiting area but you must wait in the area of ​​the buses, the waiting area opens at 6:00 am, the cellular charging area is very small and should be expanded.
