Unlike another office where I was, here it is evident what is called DILIGENCE, PROACTIVITY, VOCATION OF SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE. I especially want to congratulate the customer service executive at the 05 box office because she knew how to mediate and resolve a situation that due to the negligence of another office, I had no choice but to take my time and move from the capital district to Charallave, Miranda state, just to set up an account. Reason, that the office did not know how to go to be the tutor of my financial products. And really, it was worth the bustle, getting up early and the cumbersome transfer. If it were me, I would stay with this office but unfortunately I am residing in the capital district and I work in Chacao, Miranda state. Hopefully I can find an office where there are workers like this girl who puts a lot of effort into her work. I was delighted with his kind and diligent attention. Really thank you very much. Because employed as they do, they make you have another approach to financial institutions, where you trust and deposit your money. I wish I could congratulate her with a first and last name, but I would not like to compromise her. Thank you.
