The service I can not complain was fast and efficient by the medical staff and nurses, the problem arose when I wanted to retire, then because of problems that I still cannot clarify I could not leave although I was already better and I needed to retire, the treatment of the receptionist of the entrance was bad and rude, at last they gave me the account that I had exceeded what I had deposited at the entrance, because they indicated that my insurance only covered 6 million and I deposited the 20 that they asked me to be able to attend to me. I told them that the difference will be charged for the insurance and they said no, then I proceeded to climb the stairs to the box on the first floor and I was waiting for a person who never arrived, a gentleman from the administration finally helped me, ordered That they would take away the route, which they did not want to remove until I paid the excess amount and indicated a list of Banks to make the deposit, which I did. I do not recommend this institution to anyone, except doctors and nurses.
