It is a paleteria / ice cream cob a very nice atmosphere, they have many flavors available every day, they are stuffed or not, my favorites are mint and strawberry stuffed with condensed milk. They have to park in front of the store, have a point of sale and only work late.

I have tried palettes in several places in Venezuela but so far as you are none of them, especially one that they call the pampered uffff if you eat one you eat two
