That site is a kind of road that is almost adjacent to the iguana restaurant, I lived there for 15 years in Macuto and I find out that it is called that, I consider that site cannot be called a dog park!

An embankment on the seashore, used by the community to walk their pets. It can be pleasant to exercise, see the sea or admire the sunset. It does not have chairs, awnings or any other structure.
