Very good bank until this year, it has become a nightmare to go to the x the bad organization of its staff, they treat one despotically and they do not solve anything for you, I have to do a simple update of data because I cannot move my account with transfers and that has turned me into a carvario. I have to do that x the Cabimas office that is in Locatel and the employees instead of solving are to discuss and confront the clients and the Manager whose name I have not known since he arrived, who incidentally did it late after scolding us As children, he shut himself up with some heavy clients and never gave up. A real shame because it was one of the best banks that existed in terms of service and attention.
