lately in this bank of chivacoa they put obstacles to the handicapped to be able to pay the pension occurred in my presence an old man had a heart attack the boxes were closed only one was operating for everything and there was supposedly no money and when they saw the infarcted old man they enabled the tellers and it came out cash I don't know where the truth is that it came out it was pure new eye note with this they should be pending when they pay in this bank the pension of these poor old man
