Heavy duty and slower than normal, go with time disposition. The system is always an inconvenience ... They do not provide solutions via telephone, the user must approach the offices almost daily if the problem is recurrent. One of the worst banks, my relatives are users, unfortunately I am not. But I help them with each process and it is a bit frustrating.

Cashiers are currently the best in my opinion, short queue and give a good amount of cash compared to tellers of other banks, although it is small for customer service and withdrawals and is a bit slow.

Terrible attention of the staff but when the acquaintances arrive they pass without queuing and even the nails are painted during work hours 👎
