the State Educational Unit Prof. Alicia Chacón de Sánchez, state agency, located on 62nd Street No. 28-54 of the Barrio Bolívar, San Juan Bautista Parish, San Cristóbal Municipality of the Táchira State, Venezuela. The school was founded in 1972 with the name of State School Concentration No. 72. Initially it worked on a land located in Sabana del Medio, property of the Municipal Council as recorded in a document that rests in the union, under No. HN2658948, dated Purchase of the month of August 1973. Urban growth, housing development and the basic need to consolidate the urban areas of the city of San Cristóbal, were the reasons that justify the creation and foundation of this important educational institution in the region. Therefore, on June 26, 1978, the Governor (e) Dr. Jaime León Pinzón, designates her with the name “Alicia Chacón de Sánchez State Graduate School”, according to Resolution No. 483, being for the moment, Director of Education Emilce Zambrano de Prato.
