Excellent care from the nursing staff and specialist / resident doctors. Lousy treatment of administrative staff, do not comply with the schedules in which hospital account cuts must be delivered. I had an unpleasant personal experience with the administration of the clinic who were even charging procedures / treatments that were not received, the item-by-item invoice had to be rectified to verify that the due was charged. Nor do they indicate at what time a new day of hospitalization began to be counted, this is done so that even if you only use a few hours, you can charge yourself for another whole day. The rooms for hospitalization do not have electric power backup, if the electricity goes out the rooms are too hot. They do not place toilet paper, liquid hand soap, or any personal hygiene items, nor do they provide pillows for the hospital bed. Finally, the elevator is not always in operation, which affects weak patients who must go up to the upper floors for consultation.
