Laboratorio Clínico Douglas Gutierrez

WRONG LAB TEST '!! I had a prostate antigen test and I had very high, abnormal values. The specialist doctor to whom I took them, thought that they were wrong and had me repeat the examination in another laboratory. The new results were normal !! I then requested clarification from the Laboratory Graduate Douglas Gutiérrez. He informed me that the blood test (psa) can give highly variable results depending on the patient's condition., !!! Explanation that I do not understand, because I think that the tests are based on chemical analysis of the blood and not on the patient's mood. In any case, he did not offer to repeat the exam, or any other satisfaction towards the patient-client. In other words, I had to assume double the cost of the exam ($ 17). In summary, the Douglas G laboratory produced an exam with erroneous results, gave a very doubtful explanation about it, did not agree to verify or correct the exam, nor did it offer any financial compensation or satisfaction to its client. Can any professional in the field give an objective opinion on this? In my opinion this is malpractice!
