The attention is good and the shipments arrive fast. My only complaint is that the employees are very careless.

The guys at the boxes are excellent in their care and always try to solve the eventualities that arise, but there is a wimp who is the manager, and he is the one who can review the transfers that are made as a form of payment. He believes that he is the owner of the agency and that with his voice he can defeat anyone. He treats people badly and wants to collect cash and foreign currency shipments when the point drops. According to him, the customer is not always right. How unfortunate that we have to have so many bad times with people like that, who play with people's needs. I know that I am not the only one, I found out that just as I was upset yesterday and told him "Sir", many people came complaining about the abuse that this person did on Saturday 9/15/18 in the morning when we went to collect our shipments. A person like that shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Terrible service, on 05/28/18, they sent me a package, from Valencia to Margarita and 06/04/18 they sent me a message that delivery date 06/06/18, I go to the office on 06/11/18 for I saw that they were too long and their response was that they believe my package was in a truck that was stolen, more or less on the shipping date well if they don't know! I'm going to know, and that they can't do anything.

My experience has not been good since an amendment was sent to Caracas on Friday, January 19, to be delivered no later than Tuesday morning and we are on January 25 and they tell me that it has not yet arrived, to be one of the most expensive shipping services this kind of thing shouldn't happen
