Unfinished and abandoned

Large in its beginnings and the aquarium was the most beautiful attraction on the island, currently there are only some places that offer good food and good prices, it is also the point where all the municipal courts of the Nueva Esparta state converge ... I hope they can take it and return to being the great shopping center that I knew in its great years.!
