I know that there are problems at the national level with the points of sale currently ... but when I went to pick up my package (whose weight was 0.99 kg), the lady who attended me (I will have the reservation not to put her name), announces that "THE POINT OF SALE HAD FALLEN" (second time in an hour) and announces that I must cancel in cash ... But he says: "I MUST CHECK THE WEIGHT AGAIN, TO KNOW IF ITS AMOUNT TO CANCEL MATCHES ... BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT IS IN HIS FAVOR AND SOMETIMES OURS "... Then, he informs me that I must pay approximately 3,000 bs more than what appears as the amount to be paid (the worst thing is that the scale showed 0.80 kg) ... Anyway, I canceled the amount legally printed as collection to destination through the point of sale and because I noticed what was happening ... How curious, right? So, when you pick up your package, check how much it weighs and what is the amount to be paid because this person (I do not want to generalize), charges cash at convenience and with a premium to keep a part ... What a beautiful group ZOOM ...
