July 3, Friday 2020. They use the parking lot as a waiting area with the Santa María parking lots closed. It is a closed environment and without sanitary controls. The area is dirty and in poor condition. There are no toilets available in that waiting area. They must change the way they treat patients. The man who attends is very old and does not know how to give adequate information. Pay the bill and they told me to go out and wait outside. The attention really is a total disaster. Last more than 4 hours to pay the bill. Welcome to the Barquisimeto Moms Clinic.

I do not understand how a Clinic that deals with patients suffering from cancer "Never, but never answers the phones" !!!!! They leave waiting on the line, they don't give information, when they finally attend you after many calls, they take care of you in an impolite way and they don't have the information at hand. There are many patients from other parts of the country, and before going to Barquisimeto, they need to know information, and they must drift, when they arrive they have already closed, the person who gives the budgets has left. Too much disorganization in this regard!
