Unfortunately due to the pandemic we were unable to visit its spaces, however its facade is well preserved. Hoping they open their doors again soon.

Two-story building with a "U" shaped corner floor that has a central patio and open corridors to the living rooms. In the facade and exterior walls there is an alternation of walls and windows in which the first ones predominate. The windows are made of wood and are arranged symmetrically on both floors of the house. As for the access gate (made of wood), it is defined by an arch and a pair of pilasters. In the house stands a balcony with balusters. On March 22, 1966, this building was declared a National Historic Monument, according to Official Gazette No. 27,991.
