I don't know if the bank's owners are interested in their customers' comments. Hope so. Really my experience today was terrible. I went to the headquarters bank in Upata, Edo. Bolivar at approximately 1:40 pm to open an account. First the miss. that work in customer service are not coordinated and should not leave Customer Service alone. They must take turns eating. Then the lady who finally received me to open an account, after having taken 50 minutes with the previous client and first of her position, was from the beginning rude and not empathetic. Full of irony and comments disrespectful and ironic towards my person. In the end seeing my annoyance, he decided to comment that he should serve only one daily client. How are you? Obviously I complained annoyingly and had nothing to claim but to be diligent and attend to me in less than 15min. If that is the image you project, you better stay at home and leave empathic, attentive and entertaining people for public attention. The truth had another expectation of the staff of this bank.
