The administration should focus on offering itself to clients with businesses that attract traffic to the place, since it has an immense internal and external parking lot that is poorly used but well distributed. While advertising do better facilities. Movistar, the Movilnet center and the Outer bank are of its three main attractions, the top part is poor or nonexistent. Seguros Caracas is no longer here.
