I stay here a lot. Hotel is good food is exelent. Good gym.

The worst experience during San Valentines dinner. The table was uneven and moving, it was placed in the worst space possible. We did the reservation 2 weeks in advance to ensure this was an unforgettable moment but all was terrible. First The front lady did not know where our table was. My name was wrong in the reservation. We got to the table and any waitress show up for the first 30 min. Not even water was served or menu provided. After pretty long time waiting more than a hour, they show up with an appetizer and a welcome wine. Waitress disappeared for the rest of the night. After two hours and several attempts to catch the waitress attention they got our order. Yes. Two hours after we arrived. Water was never refilled and not extra wine or drinks were offered during those two hours. In conclusion the worst experience for a 14th February ever. Protocol and organization for this event was poorly prepared and did not deserved the money or our time. If I could give zero starts that would be my evaluation.
